Weaving connection

WISA is a not for-profit, independent, productive organisation and network.

Connecting women across seafood to strengthen networks, showcase leadership, and build a future-ready industry.

The Weaving Connections program will engage WISA members across Australia in building strong networks that increase the visibility of women’s leadership, capacity, and contributions throughout the seafood supply chain.

Through in-person and online activities, participants will foster collaboration with seafood businesses and organisations, strengthening the industry by sharing knowledge, building partnerships, and driving innovation.

The program will also support the establishment of regional branches and provide tools and guidance to host place-based networking events, alongside building an online community that enables interest-based collaboration across geographical locations. text to go here
