Each year, WISA has bursary opportunities for seafood women to attend industry events.

Our bursaries provide a unique immersive and supported experience.

WISA bursaries are designed for women, who are passionate about their work and the Australian seafood industry, and who want to develop their networks, connections, skills and capacity. They are also intended for women who would not usually attend an industry conference or events.

Our bursaries are designed to be an immersive and supported experience, starting before the event, and continuing after through WISA’s bursary alumni network. We get you involved in our activities during the event,  such as WISA workshops, networking events, and panel sessions.

The key outcomes of a WISA bursary for women are professional development, and building close connections with other women in the industry, with WISA and with industry and conference attendees.
